Tokaj-Hétszőlő - Aszu 5 Puttonyos 1er Cru 2013
This wine comes from the unique Hétszőlő vineyard, classified as Premier Cru in 1772. The grape variety used is 100% Furmint, grown on loess soil with a complex volcanic subsoil. The Aszú grapes are macerated in fresh juice, fermented in oak barrels, and aged for 2 years.
The 2013 vintage is distinguished by its bright golden color, rich and creamy texture, and fresh aromas of apricots, citrus, and cantaloupe. On the palate, it reveals flavors of dried fruits, orange zest, and vanilla, balanced by a lively acidity. Perfect with foie gras, spicy oriental dishes, creamy desserts, and aged cheeses.
