Among luxury hospitality, fine dining, and preventive medicine, this well-being expert has crafted a vision that blends excellence and innovation. At the helm of Nescens, she pushes the boundaries of longevity by combining science, health, and art of living.

What has been your journey to leading the Nescens Clinic, and how are you preparing to drive its evolution into a global brand?

Having grown up in the world of hospitality, immersed in every aspect of service, I naturally developed a deep appreciation for excellence and guest experience. My career path took shape alongside renowned chef Alain Ducasse, where I learned to structure and develop large-scale projects while collaborating with diverse cultures, from Asia to the Middle East.

Then, I took a completely different direction, driven by a growing passion for healthcare and its evolution. This led me to the United States, where I pursued an MBA specializing in healthcare administration. I later worked in the rapidly transforming field of digital health, particularly during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on interoperability and the sharing of critical medical data.

My experience at ChenMed, a network of primary and preventive care clinics serving American patients, reinforced my belief that prevention and anticipation should be at the heart of medicine. This perspective naturally led me to Nescens, a pioneering brand at the forefront of longevity and preventive health. Today, my role is to accelerate its development by combining scientific precision, innovation, and excellence in patient experience. The goal is clear: to position Nescens as the ultimate reference in preventive medicine and holistic well-being.

How would you define Nescens’ philosophy on well-being, and what sets it apart from other cosmeceutical brands?

Nescens is built on a scientific approach to well-being and healthy aging. Unlike traditional skincare brands, our expertise is rooted in preventive and anti-aging medicine. We rely on scientific research to offer longevity-focused treatments and solutions based on medical evidence, integrating dermatology, nutrition, neuroscience, and cutting-edge therapies. What role does La Réserve Boutique play in the overall well-being experience you offer your clients?

La Réserve Boutique is a natural extension of the Nescens experience. It allows our clients to extend the benefits of their stay and wellness program by offering a carefully curated selection of targeted products. It serves as a true wellness hub, where each product is meticulously chosen to support a longevity-focused lifestyle. We want our clients to leave with tangible tools that enable them to continue their transformation beyond their time at the clinic or hotel.

What is your perspective on the role of women in the well-being and healthcare industry today?

Women are key players in well-being and healthcare, both as professionals and consumers. They are often pioneers in adopting new practices and play a crucial role in shaping industry standards. I believe we are witnessing an important shift, women are demanding a more personalized and integrative approach to well-being, one that considers all aspects of health: physical, hormonal, and mental. At Nescens, we are committed to addressing these needs, particularly through upcoming programs dedicated to menopause and hormonal health.

What advice would you give to a woman looking to succeed in a demanding industry like yours?

Take the leap! Dare to claim your place, think outside the box, and most importantly, stand by your vision. Success in this field is not about gender but about dedication, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The key to thriving in a high-pressure environment is to build a strong support system. Surround yourself with the right people, train your team to delegate efficiently, and structure your workflow to stay focused on what truly matters. This is essential in any industry. Most importantly, always stay connected to your mission. For me, it's about improving people's quality of life through prevention and innovation in healthcare. Having a clear purpose gives you the strength to overcome challenges and continue evolving.
