The vines, some up to thirty-seven years old, are perfectly balanced to produce a truly outstanding white wine. The blend of Sauvignon Blanc (57 %) and Sémillon (43 %) creates a wine that is both generous and airy, revealing fragrant notes of orange blossom, the tangy sweetness of mandarin, and a crisp mineral freshness.
