Château La Mascaronne Grande Réserve Rosé - 2022
“Pigeonnier”, “Restanques”, “Château” are the three historical plots of the estate dedicated to the production of Château La Mascaronne Grande Réserve Rosé. On these clay-limestone soils, renowned as the finest at La Mascaronne, 50-year-old Grenache and Mourvèdre vines thrive alongside the estate's oldest Rolle.
Harvested by hand in the coolness of dawn, the grapes are pressed and vinified separately in small containers: egg-shaped jars and jars.. The best juices are aged for nine months to reveal their full aromatic potential. Château La Mascaronne Grande Réserve Rosé presents a natural pale color, a fine and smooth nose, and a palate of great finesse. Complex and with great structure, it can easily be kept for 4 or 5 years in the cellar.
