La Grande Réserve Blanc de Blancs opens the doors to gastronomy. On the palate, this cuvée charms with its beautiful precision, balance, and kind persistence with hints of honey. Its light and bright hue, mineral and fruity nose, and creamy and lively mouthfeel with flavors of citrus and honey offer a beautiful length and a persistent finish.
Composed of 100% Chardonnay, this brut champagne, dosed at 7g/L, is partially aged in Burgundy oak barrels for 2 years and on lees for at least 5 years. It is perfect for accompanying fatty fish, shellfish, and fruity desserts.
