The Grand Assemblage Demi-sec Cuvée from Champagne Jeeper perfectly illustrates the diversity of Champagne with a blend of vineyards from 37 communes. Composed of 60% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, and 15% Meunier, this generous and authentic demi-sec champagne is ideal for accompanying desserts and festive moments. The grapes are hand-harvested, meticulously sorted in the vineyard and in the cellar, with minimal pressing to respect the berries.
Aged on lees for at least 4 years, 20% of the Chardonnay is aged for 2 years in Burgundy oak barrels.
