This wine, made from partially botrytized Furmint grapes, is fermented and aged for one year in oak barrels. The Tokaj-Hétszőlő estate, founded in 1502, is located in the historic Tokaj region of Hungary, famous for its Aszú wines. This vineyard, classified as Premier Cru as early as 1772, covers 55 hectares cultivated organically since 2009. The estate uses environmentally friendly viticulture methods, using neither artificial fertilizers nor herbicides, and promoting biodiversity. Hétszőlő wines are crafted using traditional methods, with particular attention to the quality and authenticity of the terroir.
