The 2020 vintage of G d'Estournel stands out due to the exceptional quality of the Merlots from the Goulée vineyard, located in northern Médoc. Despite extreme weather conditions and less rainfall, the vines averaging 35 years old were able to draw from their deep roots and benefit from the fresh air and minerality of the Gironde estuary.
This unique wine combines balance, freshness, and aromatic complexity, with salty marine notes and a touch of black pepper, offering exceptional acidity and tannins.
