Château La Mascaronne Blanc - 2023
At La Mascaronne, the soils on which the white grape varieties are planted are carefully selected. The predominantly Rolle grapes are harvested at the end of the vintage: concentration and maturity are thus optimal. The aromatic expression of the grapes is reflected in the wine.
The Sémillon, a complementary grape variety, adds complexity to the blend. Château La Mascaronne Blanc can be enjoyed in its full freshness, but it also expresses all its personality after three or four years: its floral and pear notes then evolve towards aromas of apricot and quince.
