Champagne Jeeper - Grand Blanc de Blancs
The new cuvée "Grand Blanc de Blancs" from Jeeper comes from a selection of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus plots, to achieve the perfect balance between finesse and purity. This 100% Chardonnay, based 95% on the 2016 harvest, is without dosage and free of sulfites at disgorgement. These unprecedented harvests were carried out foot by foot for a thorough selection of the best bunches.
It was half-fermented in demi-muids and aged in demi-muids and Burgundian barrels for 6 years on laths.
